The decade long nightmare I'd anticipated did not happen! A true miracle! Needing to sell the house 'as is' (I mean seriously, "AS IS"), I had so many doubts. Meeting Vicki last August (three years after being given her name and seeing many good things written about her service--did I mention I was dreading the tasks ahead), she assured me it was doable to sell the property just as it was with only one or two main requirements on my part--City of Davis Re-Sale inspection and empty the house of my family's total estate stuff and my local past-life 4-decade business.
Vicki was personable, patient, and checked in periodically as I worked several months on clearing away. She offered resources as needed along the way. We applied for the re-sale inspection ('just in case' we get to the finish line and actually put the property on the market--my thoughts. Vicki knew there was never doubt that we'd succeed.).
